I’ve never had better service! My husband and I decided we wanted to change out the carpet in the bedrooms to match the flooring in the main part of the house. The flooring was installed when we purchased the home. I called Lindsay’s to see if they knew if it came from them. Binnie Lynn was able to make suggestions for where the contractor may have left a piece that I could bring in for a match. While I was looking, she reached out to the contractor and checked their records. When a scrap piece could not be located, she had me take a photo from a couple of angles. She was able to make a guess and gathered some full size pieces for me to take home to make sure it was an exact match. She had it ordered and ready for me to pick up within a few days and talked to my husband and I about the install process. The man over at the warehouse was also helpful in loading and with tips for installation.
